AGM 2010 Archives:
This past April, 750 RNs and guests attended the association’s 85th Annual General Meeting (April 15- 17). Nurses watched as Wendy Fucile handed the gavel to David McNeil. McNeil is the second male president in the association’s history. Over the two-day meeting, members heard speeches by politicians, including Premier McGuinty, debated resolutions, and mingled with fellow colleagues.

Last April, Ontario RNs gathered for the 84th Annual General Meeting of the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO). 740 nurses from across the province met in Markham April 23-25 to choose a new president-elect, debate and vote on resolutions and to hear addresses from key Ontario politicians, including Premier Dalton McGuinty and Health Minister David Caplan.
