Provincial eHealth Knowledge Exchange Network
Kambria Ernst
UHN Telehealth Program Coordinator
Nurse Peer Leader (Toronto Central LHIN 7)
In the last month the Toronto Central LHIN Peer Leader has focused on creating a provincial eHealth Knowledge Network. Each healthcare organization has strengths in an area of nursing and eHealth that can be drawn upon for successfully implementing eHealth in their organization.
There is a wealth of knowledge to be shared with others and the Ontario Telemedicine Network is an excellent resource to establish a province-wide eHealth Knowledge Exchange Network. Previous sessions have focused on devices for nurses and creating a sustainable nursing informatics resource pool in your organization. Sessions are advertised via the Ontario Telemedicine Network and your LHIN Nurse Peer Leader.
