Welcome to the RNAO's PDA Leadership Self Assessment Tool.

This tool will allow you to rate your leadership behaviours using a rating scale.

In order to rate yourself think about your competence (how knowledgeable and skilled you are) in relation to the behaviour and your consistency in demonstrating this behaviour (how often do you demonstrate it on a day to day basis).
