	The Telementoring Resource Kit is organized into the five (5) key sections below. Each section is divided into lessons that can be easily disseminated and implemented. The Telementoring Resource Kit also provides interactive activities, as well as documents for assessment, evaluation and learning plans that can be quickly reproduced.

			Section 1: What is Mentoring? This section will introduce the theory of mentoring through a set of models and frameworks to help explain and organize mentorship knowledge.
			Section 2: The Mentorship Process This module introduces the attributes of the adult mentee/learner, learning styles, and provide some practical approaches to the mentorship learning process.
			Section 3: The Mentoring & Telementoring Partnership This section outlines the Mentoring/ Telementoring Partnership, or the learning partnership, as it is sometimes called.
			Section 4: The Telememtoring Environment This module discusses the telehealth environment within which the telementoring relationship exists. We will also consider the impact the telecommunication environment may have on telementoring partnerships, and provide guidelines when making changes in your environment.
			Section 5: Other Learning Resources In this section we will look at managing special situations that you may encounter in your role as a mentor.
